What's New for the 2014 Chevy Camaro Spring Special Edition

To ring in a new season full of sunshine and warmer temperatures, Chevy introduces the Chevy Camaro Spring Special Edition for a limited time.

2014 Chevy Camaro Spring Special Edition Exterior

The Spring Special Edition is based on the 2LT or 2SS trims, and is distinguished by a Summit White exterior with a Blue Ray stripe and a blue fabric top for convertible models. The unique model will feature a body-colored ZL1 spoiler, a ground-effect package, a gloss black front grille, and 21-inch wheels. The available RS package will feature a set of HID headlights and LED taillights, normally found on the Camaro RS.

2014 Chevy Camaro Spring Special Edition Performance

The 2LT model will come with a V6 engine that puts out 323 hp and 278 lb-ft of torque, and the 2SS version will come with a 6.2-liter V8 engine that creates a massive 426 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque when paired with the manual transmission.

2014 Chevy Camaro Spring Special Edition Efficiency

The 3.6-liter trim gets an EPA-estimated 20 mpg combined fuel economy for the manual and 22 mpg for the automatic. The 6.2-liter gets 19 mpg combined for the manual and 18 mpg for the automatic.

2014 Chevy Camaro Spring Special Edition Interior

The interior gains blue leather seats and floor mats, and a white trim kit with Blue Ray accents. Other options include a sunroof, dual-mode exhaust and navigation radio.

2014 Chevy Camaro Spring Special Edition Safety

The 2014 Chevy Camaro was rated the highest possible five stars in overall safety in government crash tests. The Camaro comes standard with antilock disc brakes, traction and stability control, front-seat side airbags, and full-length side curtain airbags.
