| MONTHLY PASS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY How do I cancel Monthly Pass? Cancelling Monthly Pass is easy. Please choose one of the following options below to cancel your subscription: - Log in to your account at weightwatchers.co.uk and visit the "Help" or "My profile" area and look for the cancellation information; Follow the steps as instructed to cancel your subscription.
- Email us at cancelmonthlypass@weightwatchers.co.uk or
- Call us on 0845 345 1500.
You'll need to provide the following information when you contact us to cancel: - Your name and contact information (address details, phone number and email address)
- Pass ID number located on your Monthly Pass card.
When does cancellation take effect? Your Monthly Pass is valid for a one month period at a time (your subscription month), ending on the valid end date printed on your card. - If you cancel within the first half of your subscription month, your cancellation will be effective on the valid date printed on your card.
- If you cancel within the second half of your subscription month, you will have already been billed for the following subscription month, and your next Monthly Pass card will have been processed. Your cancellation will therefore be effective at the end of your next subscription month ( the valid date printed on the next card you receive).
Am I eligible for a refund? - Before Activation: If you realise that you do not meet the requirements to use Monthly Pass, or are otherwise unable to activate on our website, call Customer Service for assistance.
Alternatively, return the first page of the Monthly Pass Starter Booklet with the access code, along with the cancellation form - found on the back page of the booklet - to Customer Service, as soon as you are able. Ensure that you let us know your full name, a correspondence address - including a telephone number - and your bank/card details. We will refund the cost of your initial purchase less a fixed administration fee of £5.00. To qualify for a refund your Access Code must not have been activated. - After Activation: Please note - we do not provide pro-rated refunds except in special circumstances such as achieving your Gold Membership or becoming pregnant. If you have a special circumstance, please call us on 0845 345 1500 to discuss your situation with our Customer Service team who will be able to help.
- Distance Selling: You shall be entitled to a refund if you purchased Monthly Pass online and you cancel within 14 working days of the day after you purchase.
